Ski Trails Grooming Reports

There will be no grooming due to the warm wet weather. Trails will remain open but parking lots are very icy and slippery. Office is open as well.

06:30 – heading out to clean up the trails on the Crystal 08:45 – back from grooming – completed two passes on the trans Canada trail, anymal, wedding crasher, sidetrack and the flow trail – cleaned up the postholes as best as possible – some lopping was done as well trails are nice and firm now but may soften up this afternoon, turn back if trail is soft – best time to ride will be in the morning and this evening recommend tire pressure – 4psi – air down if needed Cheers

5:30. Renovating skate lanes Pinder system and 2k Kinsmen. With impending warm wet weather that will be all the grooming for today. Have a good day.

5:30 am. Heading out shortly to renovate skate lanes on Pinder system, 2k Kinsmen and Red Pine system. 9:30 UPDATE: Skate lanes renovated . Trails are in excellent condition. Have a great day on the trails.

5:30am – Planning to renovate the skate lanes on the Kinsmen 2k, Crystal and Pinder systems this morning. 9:45am UPDATE – Grooming is completed for today. Remember it’s backwards days on the Pinder system including Farmer Bob’s trail this week. Enjoy the cold day out there today!

6am – Will be setting up the Pinder system for backwards days first thing this morning. 8:45am UPDATE – Pinder system and Kinsmen 2K is groomed. Heading out to Red Pine, followed by Crystal.

6am – Heading out to groom Pinder system soon. Will follow with Kinsmen 2k, Red Pine and Crystal as conditions allow. We’ll be watching the temperatures as things are expected to warm a bit as the day goes on. 9:45am UPDATE – Pinder, 2k and Red Pine done. Will be heading out to the Crystal soon.
