Ski Trails Grooming Reports

6:10 am Good morning Nordic skiers. Plan for today is groom Pinder system, then head to Crystal trails. UPDATE: 9:00am Pinder trail and all loops groomed. Heading out to groom 2k Kinsmen and Crystal system. UPDATE :12:00 Kinsmen and Crystal system groomed . Have a good day!

Hiawatha Highlands: No grooming needed. The trails are dialed even with the mild temperatures today.

6:00 am – Heading out to start grooming the Pinder system. 9:00 am UPDATE Pinder and all the extensions are groomed. 11:30 am UPDATE – Kinsmen 2k and the Red Pine are groomed. Have a good day.

6:00 am – Heading out to groom the Pinder system. 9:00 am UPDATE – Pinder system is completed, 10:30 UPDATE Kinsmen 2k is completed as well. That will be it for today. Have a great day!

6:00 am Grooming Red Pine system today. UPDATE : 9:45 Red Pine, Hatchery, and Coldwater groomed as well as 2k Kinsmen. Have a good day.

6:00 am heading out to groom Crystal system. 10:30 UPDATE: Crystal 5k , Inner loop, Olympic and 2k Kinsmen groomed. Have a good day.

Trails are in good condition from yesterday’s grooming. Recommended 2.5 psi. Reminder to stay to the farthest left (opposite the classic ski track) when riding on the ski trails. • Ridge Run, Flow, Wave & Yoda are riding great! • The Inner Loop ski trail is extremely soft so it’s recommended to stick to the red snowshoe trail in order to get to the top of Squishy. • Squishy, Rootin2, and Rootin are good. • Guillotine is soft and chewed up. • Jedi is soft and has post holes from walkers. • Anymal is rock solid!  Please use the ski trail to bypass to Anymel / Side Track (dependent on your direction) and avoid Wedding Crasher until it tightens up. • Side Track was firm and fast and same with Nemesis. Caution, The first berm on Nemesis is chewed up but the second one is in good shape! • The Final Boss is very soft and chewed up (still ridable it you have studs or Bud and Lous) and riding 3 psi. • The straight stretch on and the Kids trail is fast!!

The SCC groomers reported…Grooming done some soft.spots that will firm up as.the day goes 3-4psi Wedding Crasher is too soft to bike, so recommended to use the ski trail to bypass this trail to Anymal.
