Private Lessons
Whether you want to try cross-country skiing for the first time, learn to skate ski or finetune your technique, a private ski lesson at Hiawatha Highlands is a great way to achieve your goals. All Hiawatha Highlands instructors are trained and certified by the Canadian Association of Nordic Ski Instructors (CANSI).
Lessons are tailored to the participant and are suitable for both adults and children. Hiawatha Highlands’ ski instructors can coordinate around your schedule, and bookings are available 7 days per week, morning, afternoon and evening.
Nordic skiing lessons are an excellent way to bond with your child or a friend. Take a one hour private lesson and then enjoy the rest of the day exploring the trails together!
Lesson Pricing
Please note that lesson pricing is per person and exclusive of HST. Youth under 15 years must be accompanied by an adult, while children 12 and under must have an adult participate in the lesson (see Small Group Lesson pricing). Daypass and/or rental is not included in pricing below.

Pro Lessons
For intermediate or advanced skiers who want to improve their technique or prepare for a loppet or race, a Private Pro Lesson with Soo Finnish Nordic Ski Club’s Head Coach is a great investment.
