Estimated Itinerary:
10:00am: Arrival, greeting, group introductions
If you require rentals, please come a few minutes early so we can get you geared up and ready to ski.
If you’ve got your own equipment you can place it on the racks outside
Morning ski session
Break into groups, head out to ski! Although this isn’t as formal as a real ski lesson we are sure you’ll all learn something from your group leads/sweeps or from each other!
Break (lunch, treats, warm up, and draw for prizes)
It is advisable to bring a spare set of socks, mitts, etc., so you are prepared (warm and dry) to ski again in the afternoon!
Afternoon ski session
3:00pm: Wrap up (draw for door prize(s), winner must be present to receive the prize)
Groups:
Beginner Classic – Best for individuals who are new to nordic skiing (capped at 8 individuals)
Novice Classic – Best for individuals who have some experience nordic skiing, but could use some additional technique work (capped at 9 individuals each)
Intermediate Classic – Best for individuals with moderate experience and are comfortable with techniques such as diagonal stride, polling, etc. (capped at 8 individuals each)
Novice Skate – Best for individuals who have some ski experience (classic) but may be new to skate skiing (capped at 8 individuals)
Intermediate Skate – Best for individuals who have moderate experience classic or skate skiing OR have a high-level of fitness (capped at 8 individuals)
